- FlightsFly to San Jose, Costa Rica (Juan Santamaria International Airport – SJO) and either hop on a Sansa 40 min flight to Puerto Jimenez or the 7 hour drive to our retreat center
- MassagesEase sore muscles after all that yoga! Massages and spa treatments are available at the retreat center.
- Additional ExcursionsHead to Matapalo for a surf lesson, visit a local cacao factory, take a Kayak Tour of the Mangroves, or head out whale watching (it's humpback season!) and snorkeling.
- Alcoholic BeveragesYou can charge drinks from the bar to your room.
- Travel InsuranceCancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Policy is highly recommended. There are no refunds so this is the best way to protect your investment in case of surprises in your life ahead of the retreat.

Itinerary
Day 1
Saturday, 3/21
Check into your room at our beachfront hotel (Technically, check in is after 4 pm, but if you arrive early, your room is likely available since they do not have a same day turnaround).
Take a refreshing dip in the calm, warm waters of the Golfo Dulce to ground into your jungle home after the long day of travel.
6 pm As dusk settles in, we meet for a welcome dinner
8 pm Opening Circle and Somatic Practice: Attuning to Subtle Currents We will gather for our Opening Circle and melt into Somatic Practice in the yoga Shala to prepare for a good night’s sleep.

She has led yoga retreats across the world and worked with students ranging from an NBA Basketball Team to professional dancers to expecting mothers and private clients around the world and yoga teachers in training. Lily runs a thriving virtual yoga studio, allowing students to experience her classes before signing up for a retreat.

Immediately upon arriving to the Osa, I felt the magical pull of the jungle and the sea. It felt so easy to decompress and reset. The morning practices were powerful and inspiring. I enjoyed winding down with somatic practices to get deeper into myself. I appreciate your flexibility and willingness to stay open to any schedule shifts. The Osa and Nereus were perfect retreat destinations - I loved the journey to & from, the Yoga Shala, every single meal, and spending the days floating in the ocean. I would live this retreat over & over again; thank you!

This retreat was impeccable! From the beautiful fall foliage at River Mountain, to the cedar spring hot tubs to soak in, to the twice daily yoga classes, Lily created an experience and getaway that was truly restful and allowed me to come back home to myself. Lily is not just a skilled yoga instructor, but a skilled retreat leader, and her two decades of leading retreats really shows! Lily has a calm yet commanding presence, and works to ensure all details are thought through and taken care of. She's able to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly with the retreat center for those last minute changes, and the way she curated this experience allowed me to truly simplify.
