Nature is a great healer to our spirits. Today, we adventure by boat to explore pristine environments on a magical day on the water.
Wake up early for our boat trip of a lifetime! Grab a gluten free oat bar or hard boiled egg on your way out (thanks Chef Jen!)
Since it is prime whale watching season, you might spot one of two species of Humpback Whales as well as dolphins along the way.
Described by National Geographic as one of the most magical, “biologically intense” locations on the planet. Though it comprises only 3% of Costa Rica’s total land area it is home to more than 50% of the country’s animal and plant species.
Opportunities for swimming, diving, snorkeling along pristine reefs and private surf breaks accessible only by boat abound.
We will pull up to Dolphin Quest, a 500 acre biodynamic farm for lunch. Offboarding your boat, you will be given a presentation on medicinal herbs and plants grown on the property as well as a farm tour before sitting down for a farm to table lunch.
Pulling off shore from our friends at Dolphin Quest, we will journey past Pierda Blanca National Park, home to the world’s densest old growth rainforest before pulling up to a waterfall that pours into the sea where we can swim.

Spacious morning to say your heartfelt goodbye to the beautiful land that held us for this transformative week, enjoy your morning coffee, bye bye breakfast, and complimentary shuttle to Puerto Jimenez . Many folks will have early flights back to San Jose or other parts of some country if they are extending their stay through the weekend, so there is no morning practice on the last day. Checkout is by 11 am but you can pack up and linger by the pool until your departure flight.
If you have a later flight, we will meet in the studio at 2-3:30 pm and put on some good music and jam out together for a self led flow before heading down to the sea for one last swim!
