This was a great opportunity to unwind and relax, and the longer yoga sessions gave me the opportunity to get deeper into positions and stretches than I normally would. It was close enough to Baltimore to make it a feasible long weekend and the group was positive and pleasant to be around. I would definitely recommend this retreat and I plan to attend again.

The setting was superb for a yoga retreat: A pond for cold plung;, hot tubs; cozy, roomy bunks; and large yoga spaces. The weather was perfect as well. The clear mountain air was divine.

Good variety in yoga classes with intense workouts in the morning and restorative/somatic classes in the afternoon. Great accommodations with comfortable yurt that we were able to keep plenty warm during the cool fall months. Healthy food with plenty of veggies and also protein options. Enjoyed the downtime in the early to mid afternoons to hike, meditate, soak in the hot tub or relax.

This retreat was amazing because of the fabulous instructor and excellent organization that helped me feel at ease to focus on yoga and much needed rest. Lily is a teacher that challenges you to try new things that you did not think you can do, but does it in such a way that you feel well-prepared to take on a new challenges. Ultimately, you learn that you are more capable than you thought you were, even if you fall or mess up. This spirit, combined with the stunning views of leaves changing colors over the rolling hills of the Ridge and Valley Province, make for an absolutely fantastic retreat.
