7:30-9:30 am: Vinyasa Yoga focusing on twists and folds followed by Morning Meditation
9:30 am: Hearty Continental Breakfast
11:30 am: Cold Plunge in Dewey's Pond
12:30 pm: Picnic Lunch
Midday/Afternoon: Afternoons are wide open and open to your design! A few options: take a hike, replenish in the cedar hot tubs, read a book in the hammock forest.
3:30-5 pm After the midafternoon downtime we reconvene for a Somatic Yoga Session focusing on diving into the sacred sacrum and realm of the lower chakras, hips, and the base of the spine.
5 pm: Group Photo by the Big Red Barn
5 pm Happy Hour
6 pm: Dinner Time
8 pm: Group Bonfire Closing Circle and S'mores
