Your Retreat Sanctuary

Tucked along the cinnamon-forested shores of Koggala Lake, our retreat home is a hidden gem — an architectural masterpiece of 13 rooms designed by Channa Daswatte, protégé of the legendary Geoffrey Bawa. Spread out - our group has exclusive access to the resort and its two devoted yoga studios throughout our retreat week.

Group Airport Transfers

Day 1: Dropping in at Dusk

Shuttle from Colombo Airport departs at 12 pm.

(please plan to arrive by 9 am or the night before and spend the night in a Colombo Airport Hotel to meet the shuttle the next day)

Check in begins at 2 pm.

4 pm As dusk settles in, we meet for our Opening Circle, a Grounding Flow into a Sandi (sanskrit for dusk/sunset) Meditation overlooking the serene lake

About your organizer

Lily is a world-class yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching in various locations. She has led yoga retreats across the world and worked with students ranging from an NBA Basketball Team to professional dancers to expecting mothers and private clients around the world and yoga teachers in training. Lily runs a thriving virtual yoga studio, allowing students to experience her classes before signing up for a retreat.
